Ann-Marie Tesar's practice includes all aspects of complex commercial litigation, and she has represented clients ranging from individuals to large corporations. She has extensive experience in matters involving securities, breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes, and employment law, in both state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. She began her career as an litigation associate in the New York office of Winston & Strawn, LLP, where she focused on securities and white collar defense matters.
